Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling requests are handled. Please read the policy carefully before making a booking.
Advance Payments
Upon successful booking, VMAMBA does not provide refunds on advance payments. The advance amount secures a dedicated time slot and theme, which involves operational costs.
Post-Session Payments
After completion of the photography session, customers are required to pay the full pending amount to receive their photographs. Refunds of the full amount are not provided once the session is completed.
Rescheduling
- Customers are allowed to reschedule a session one time at no additional cost.
- Any additional rescheduling beyond the first instance will incur a charge of INR 1,000 per reschedule.
Cancellations
In the event of cancellation, the advance payment will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
