Terms and Conditions
By booking our photography services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with a booking.
Payments
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of an advance payment. If the advance payment is not received, the allotted time slot will be released.
- In case of cancellation after successful booking, the advance amount is strictly non-refundable, as the time slot and theme are reserved exclusively for you.
- By making an advance payment, you unconditionally agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
Session
- Once a booking is confirmed, the branch location cannot be changed. Please choose the branch carefully.
- Clients are requested to arrive at the selected branch at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to allow time for familiarisation and session preparation.
- Late arrivals may result in the session being moved to the next available time slot, subject to availability.
- Themes are designed for optimal results and must be followed strictly. For example, family photographs are not permitted in baby-only themes.
- Only one costume setup is allowed per theme. Costume changes during the session are not permitted.
- Clients are required to bring props, cakes, fruits, clothing, or other items mentioned in the theme description unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Only one child is accommodated per theme. If a theme is booked for multiple children, full cooperation is required to ensure smooth execution.
- For twins, triplets, or multiple children, charges will be calculated based on the number of children (e.g., Theme Price × Number of Children).
- Clients must bring their own storage device (SSD or pen drive) if immediate delivery of photographs is required.
Home Service Sessions
- A minimum space of 12ft × 15ft is required to set up the theme for home service sessions.
- Home service sessions are currently available only within Bengaluru, Karnataka.
- An additional travel charge is applicable for home service sessions.
Delivery
- Delivered images will be in high-quality JPG format. Clients may receive up to 100 unedited images and up to 15 color-graded images selected by the client.
- Final images will be delivered within 9 business days from the date of the session.
- We do not retain client data beyond 30 days from the session date. Requests for data beyond this period will not be entertained.
Copyrights
By booking our services, clients are entitled to receive copies of the photographs. However, we retain full rights to use the images for advertising, marketing, and other reasonable business purposes.
Clients may opt to purchase full image copyrights by paying an additional fee of INR 3,000, after which the images will be kept private and not used for promotional purposes.
